Hello, this is QANDA Team.

In this update, the Menu functionality and improvements to My page have been made.

Now you can easily access the features of QANDA through the Menu.

Additionally, on My page, you can view your profile and check your usage history on QANDA.

Let me start by introducing the Menu

You can access it by tapping the rightmost tab at the bottom of the screen

At the top of the Menu, you can find your profile information

As you scroll down, you will discover all the available features of QANDA

In the Support section, you can access announcements and also reach out to our customer support

Now, lets take a look at My page!

By tapping the person icon in the top right corner of the home screen, you can enter your profile page

Alternatively, you can also access My page by tapping on "My page" in the profile section at the top of the All Menu.

On My page, you can check your membership subscription status, view your coin balance, and access other profile details

In "My questions" section, you can review the problems you have recently searched for and the questions you have asked our teachers.

Lastly, in My activities, you can review all recorded activities except for questions.

The update schedule can vary depending on your specific Play Store or App Store account. If there is a delay in receiving the update, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. (Sometimes, it may take up to a week for the update to become available.)
